  • Half Day - 4-hour time frame (includes set up and take down time)
  • Full Day - 10 hour time frame (including set up and take down time)

400 capacity with seating for 50 guests

Fees:

  • $300 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit (REQUIRED)
  • $100 Cancellation Fee (if canceled within 48 HOURS of party date; NOT part of the deposit)
  • $75 Rescheduling Fee (if rescheduled within 48 HOURS of party date)
  • $50-$100 Clean-Up Fee (if failure to clean up party area after reserved time frame)
  • $60 Early/Late Fee (if show up earlier than the 15 minutes stated on the contract OR stay later than the time frame)

Food, Drink, and Decorations

  • Guests are able to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks to the party. *the zoo is not responsible for the refrigeration or storage of food items.*
  • Guests are responsible when it comes to decorating the space using command strips or painter's tape. (No duct tape, push pins, etc...)
  • For the safety of our animals, we ask NO balloons, NO confetti, or NO straws.
  • When decorating, please no thumbtacks, tape, or other damaging methods of hanging. You must use  Command Strips or other damage-free methods

How to Book Your Party

*all parties must be booked at least ONE MONTH in advance*

1) Call The Texas Zoo front desk at (361) 573-7681.

2) Allow the staff to check if the date you would like is available. 

3) Inform the staff member of the following:

1. Half or Full Day

2. Time Frame

3. Number of Guests 

4. Any Add-Ons You May Want

4) You must pay a deposit of $300 at the time of booking. A contract will be emailed to you and must be returned signed in person or scanned via email, TWO WEEKS before the party date, to complete your booking.
