Join us for a fun-filled weekend at The Texas Zoo in Victoria, TX, and add a little extra excitement to your visit! From Saturday, March 8th to Sunday, March 9th, every adult customer who visits the zoo has a chance to win one of our exclusive Lifetime Passes! 

How It Works

  • Entry:
    • Every adult visitor to the zoo can enter the daily sweepstakes—no admission ticket required!
    • Simply fill out an entry form at our ticket booth and hand it to us.
  • One Entry Per Customer:
    • One customer = one entry per day. This gives everyone an equal shot at winning!
  • Daily Drawings:
    • We hold a drawing at the end of each day:
      • Saturday, March 8th: 5 Lifetime Pass prizes will be awarded.
      • Sunday, March 9th: An additional 5 Lifetime Pass prizes will be awarded.
  • Winners do not need to be present at the drawing to win.
  • Prizes:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) & Official Sweepstakes Rules

Q: Who is eligible to enter?
A: Every adult visitor (18 years and older) to The Texas Zoo during the promotion period is eligible to enter.

Q: How do I enter the sweepstakes?
A: Visit the ticket booth upon arrival. Look for our Luck of the Draw Sweepstakes signage, fill out the entry form available, and drop it off at the ticket office.

Q: How many entries can I submit?
A: One entry per day per customer is allowed.

Q: What are the prizes?
A: We will be giving away 5 Lifetime Passes on Saturday, March 8th, and 5 Lifetime Passes on Sunday, March 9th.

Q: How and when will the winners be chosen?
A: Winners will be selected by a random drawing conducted at the end of each day. Winners do not need to be present at the time of the draw to win.

Q: What information is required to enter?
A: To enter, please provide your name, address, email, and phone number on the entry form.

Q: Is there a purchase requirement to enter?
A: No purchase is necessary. Entry into the sweepstakes is free and open to all adult visitors.

Official Sweepstakes Rules

  1. Sponsor & Promotion
    The "Luck of the Draw Sweepstakes" (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Texas Zoo, 110 Memorial Drive, Victoria, TX 77901 (“The Zoo”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules.
  2. Eligibility
    • The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    • Employees of The Texas Zoo, its agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  3. Sweepstakes Period
    • The Sweepstakes will run on two separate days: Saturday, March 8th, and Sunday, March 9th.
    • Each day will have its own drawing.
  4. How to Enter
    • Entry Location: All entries must be submitted in person at the designated entry box located at the Zoo’s ticket booth just outside the admission gates.
    • No Purchase Necessary: No admission ticket or purchase is required to enter the Sweepstakes.
    • Entry Process:
      1. Upon arrival, eligible patrons may fill out an entry form provided at the ticket booth.
      2. Each adult visitor (18 years or older) is allowed one entry per day.
      3. Completed entry forms are to be turned in at the ticket booth.
  5. Prizes
    • Saturday Drawing: Five (5) exclusive Lifetime Passes will be awarded.
    • Sunday Drawing: Five (5) additional Lifetime Passes will be awarded.
    • Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to any restrictions noted in the Lifetime Pass terms.

  6. Drawing & Winner Notification
    • Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted at the end of each day’s operating hours during the Sweepstakes period.
    • Winner Notification: Winners do not need to be present at the drawing to be declared winners.
    • The method of notification will be via the contact information provided on the entry form (name, address, email, and phone number). In the event a winner cannot be contacted, The Texas Zoo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

  7. Information Collection & Use
    • By entering, participants consent to provide their name, address, email, and phone number.
    • The information collected will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and for future marketing communications from The Texas Zoo.
    • Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any form of communication.

  8. General Conditions
    • One entry per person per day will be accepted. Duplicate or multiple entries from a single individual will be disqualified.
    • The decision of The Texas Zoo regarding all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including the determination of winners, is final and binding.
    • Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the integrity of the Sweepstakes is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
    • By participating, entrants release and hold harmless The Texas Zoo, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

  9. Miscellaneous
    • The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
    • These Official Sweepstakes Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
    • The Texas Zoo reserves the right to amend or cancel the Sweepstakes, should circumstances arise beyond its control, without prior notice.

  10. Acceptance
    • Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these rules and the decisions of The Texas Zoo, which are final and binding in all respects.
